Anemones
their petals on the ground,
blood on blood

アネモネ

花びらが地面に

血の上に血

Rapeseed flowers…
As if not as if the earth
It spins around

菜の花

まるで地球ではないかのように

ぐるぐる回る

Inverted tulips
They drip on the ground
their dreams

逆さチューリップ

地面に滴る

夢を

Golden hair
on the autumn ground
spring dream

金色の髪

秋の大地に

春の夢

Separated hair
Many fall on the ground
woven dreams

分けられた髪

多くは地面に落ちる

織りなす夢

Autumn leaves
They are spread over the earth

紅葉

地球上に広がる

夕方の雨

Burning shawls…
This time the sunset shines
From the earth to the sky

燃え上がるショール

今度は夕日が

Brief bio:

Vida jalili is an Iranian poet. She has written many haikus that have been selected in 2021 and 2022 on the Japanese international site (Esuj-h) and also published on the Akita International Haiku Network. Now her new haikus that you read here are written in 2022 influenced by the tragic events of this autumn in Iran.
