Biography
Vilma Knežević started to write haiku as a retiree and so far, she published two haiku collections: U tišini jutra/With the Silence of the Morning (2010) and Kradljivci trešanja/The Cherry thieves (2015).
Her inspiration she collects from the moments spent in nature, its breath and colors, the beauty of the sky, sea, woods, loving and cradling the whole planet. She enjoys long walks, takes photos of her favorite sights and spends time with other poets. At the moment she prepares for print a book of poetry for children, as well.
