an Earth ball is floating

away

公海

地球のボールが浮かんでいる

離れて

descending

Earth is welcoming me

with city lights

降下

地球が私を歓迎してくれる

街の明かりとともに

at sea 

clouds follow us

from the land

海で

雲が私たちを追ってくる

陸から

haiku contest

Earth is now on my mind,

not bills

今、地球のことが頭の中

請求書でなく

Earth is still in tune

with the Sun

宇宙の音楽

地球はまだ調整中

太陽と一緒に

Earth is giving its share 

with its blueness

Željko Funda, 1950, has been dealing with haikuas a poet, essayist, critic, sponsor, event organizer and souvenir designer for 47 years.
