blowing-

the portal of the white page

*

bloody sunset-

through the silence of the ruins

a child’s shoe, like a cry.

*

here and there

signs of instability

people and trees without roots

*

invigorating the soul-

detachment from spiral smoke

of reproaches

*

the desire to fly-

lost pigeon

among sleeping travelers

*

me here and there-

the clock measures distance

through the temporal torus

*

between several explosions

emotional

the warm vibration of prayer

*

troubled times

the beauty of the golden carp

goes unnoticed

Note: Short Japanese Poetry of 17 phonetic Units of 5, 7, 5 Pattern

Inspired by eight English haiku by ANIȘOARA IORDACHE, Hidenori Hiruta translated them literally into Japanese short poems first of all.

As a result, three interpretative Japanese poems of 5, 7, 5 pattern are added to the English haiku as above. Some of them might be haiku(俳句), and others senryū(川柳).

And five of the English haiku are interpreted into Japanese tanka(短歌)form of 5,7,5,7,7 pattern.

This is because English is different from Japanese.
