На листках орхидеи
Как жемчуг блестят.
Kapelki rosy. Na listkakh orkhidei. Kak zhemchug blestyat.

The sugar dew drops
On the opening orchids
Is shining like pearls.
露滴 蘭の葉の上 真珠かな
tsuyushizuku ran no ha no ue shinju kana

Бабочкой обернулся
И падает вверх.
Opavshiy tsvetok. Babochkoy obernulsya. I padayet vverkh.

A fallen flower
Turned into a butterfly
Is falling upwards.
散る花は蝶に変わって舞い上がる

Багряный закат…
Пара диких оленей
Мирно пасется.
Bagryanyi zakat… Para dikikh olenei Mirno pasetsya.

A crimson sunset…
A pair of wild deer
Peacefully grazing.
夕焼けや鹿のつがいは草を食む
yūyake ya shika no tsugai wa kusa wo hamu

Трепещет листок…
Ветви ив треплет ветер,
И никнут без сил.
Trepeshchet listok… Vetvi iv treplet veter. I niknut bez sil.

A trembling of leaves…
The wind tousles willow boughs,
And they bow, weary.
細柳や風に震えて垂れ下がる
sairyū ya kaze ni furue te taresagaru

Льют украдкой слезинки…
Небо в печали.
Khmurye den’ki L’yut ukradkoi slezinki… Nebo v pechali.

A saddened sky
Is shedding hidden tears
A dreary day.
憂いの日空は密かに涙する

Озерная гладь
Красоту отражает
Неба и земли.
Ozernaya glad’. Krasotu otražaet. Neba i zemli.

The lake’s smooth mirror
Reflects boundless beauty
Of Heaven and Earth.
水面は天と地の美をよく映す

Слышу шепот… Колосья
Ветер ласкает.
Pole zlatoye. Slyshu shepot… Kolos’ya. Veter laskayet.

The wind caresses ears…
A whisper is heard.
新風が麦穂撫でる黄金畑

Луна полноликая
На гору взошла.

Full-faced moon has risen
On the mountain.

He graduated from the Pedagogical University.
He has been a karate coach since 1995, and since 2009 he has been teaching chess to children.
In 2007 he was certified for 2 dan WSKF (karate).
In 2008, he passed the JLPT exam (Japanese) with 5 kyu. he has been writing haiku, senryu, and tanka since 2016.
He has also been writing rhyming poems since March 2020.
