Готово расплакаться…

Рассвет под дождем.

 

Khmuroe nebo gotovo rasplakat’sya… 

Rassvet podozhdem.

A low frowning sky

Is about to pour down,

Dawning in the rain.

 

暗い空泣きそうな雲夜明け待つ

kurai sora  naki-sōna kumo  yoake matsu

Осенняя ночь

В парке… веет прохладой,

Иду и дышу.

 

Osennyaya noch’ V parke… veet prokhladoi, Idu I dyshu.

A quiet autumn night

 In the park… a cool breeze blows.

And I walk and breathe.

 

涼風が木々の間を吹く秋の夜や

ryōfū ga  kigi no ma wo fuku  akino yo ya

Капает тихо

Дождь на голову Будды…

Не нужен мне зонт.

 

Kapaet tikho dozhdna golovu BuddyNe nuzhen mne zont.

Drizzling softly,

Rain on Buddha’s stone head…

No umbrella needed.

 

雨しずく仏の肩に傘要らず

ame shizuku  hotoke no kata ni  kasa irazu

Воспоминаний.

A tear-off calendar

Of memory’s days.

 

秋が来る思い出の日々日めくりに

aki ga kuru  omoide no hibi  himekuri ni

The snowman is waiting for

New Year’s Day.

 

雪だるま新年を待つ星を見て

Yukidaruma  shin’nen wo matsu  hoshi o mite

Гнутся  старые  сосны

Солнцу  навстречу…

 

V nizkom poklone. Gnutsya starye sosny. Solntsu navstrechu…

Pine trees on the shore

Bent east by the sea’s harsh wind,

Bowing to red sun.

 

老松が風に曲げられ日を拝む

oimatsu ga  kaze ni magerare  hi wo ogamu

Лишь ветер свистит…

О чем-то задумался

Озябший сверчок.

 

Lish veter svistit… O chem-to zadumalsya Ozyabshii sverchok.

A chilled cricket

Thinking about something,

The wind is whistling.

 

秋寒に蟋蟀何か思いけり

akisamu ni  kōrogi nanika omoi keri

Заката  лучи

Прикоснулись  к  вершинам,

И  горы  в  огне.

 

Zakata luchi. Prikosnulis’ k vershinam. I gory v ogne.

Sunset rays ignite

The snow-capped mountain peaks…

The stones come alive. 

 

夕焼けが高嶺に触れて燃える山

yūyake ga  takane ni furete  moeru yama

Солнце в море закатном

Вот-вот потонет.

The evening landscape…

sinking into the calm sea

The sun falls asleep.

 

太陽の海に飛び込む夕景色

Bio:

Vitaly Svirin, 55 years old.

Bitary Subirin is his pen name (Japanese pronunciation)

St. Petersburg (2016-2025)

He graduated from the Pedagogical University.

He has been a karate coach since 1995, and since 2009 he has been teaching chess to children.

In 2007 he was certified for 2 dan WSKF (karate).

In 2008, he passed the JLPT exam (Japanese) with 5 kyu. he has been writing haiku, senryu, and tanka since 2016.

He has also been writing rhyming poems since March 2020.

Winner of the Japanese Embassy Haiku Competition, 2020.
Laureate of the national literary award “Golden Pen of Russia – 2021” for the book “In the open Window”.
Laureate of the haiku contest “Sharpening the Green Pencil — 2022” (Romania).
Winner of the national competition among foreign haiku authors in 2022 “Светлината на Зимата” (Bulgaria).
