spring breeze
in the schoolyard with its nose bent
a paper airplane

 

春風

校庭には鼻を曲げて

紙飛行機

 

the old rose bloomed again—
grandpa tries on
tango shoes

 

古いバラがまた咲いたー

おじいちゃんが試している

タンゴシューズを

 

honeymoon – 
only morning coffee 
without sugar

 

新婚旅行―

モーニングコーヒーのみ

砂糖なし

 

only the wind whistling
from time to time –
abandoned train station

 

風がヒューと音を立てているだけ

時々―

廃駅

 

graveyard on the hill –

same view

for everyone

 

丘の上の墓地―

同じ眺め

誰にとっても

 

wall calendar-
every day
I travel in Japan

moon’s sickle – 
my cat sharpens
it’s claws
