not a cloud
in the muddy water
rice picker song
雲一つない
泥水の中で
稲刈る人の歌
daydreaming
beyond the thoughts
snow falls ceaselessly
空想
思考を超えて
雪が絶え間なく降る
the world
wayfaring round winter sun
mud on my shoe
世界
冬の太陽の周りを徒歩旅行
私の靴の泥
wild grass
I draw the first eye
on a daruma doll
野の草
私は最初の目を描く
ダルマの人形に
blue mountains
between two silences
cuckoo cry
青い山々
二つの沈黙の間
カッコウが鳴く
waning summer
cicada’s mating song
in every pore
終わりつつある夏
セミのつがいの鳴き声
あらゆる気門で
Cold deepens
Yet on a leafless tree
stars in full bloom
寒さが深まる
しかし葉のない木には
満開の星

a seashore morning
summer gull
私の家

Bio:
Damir Janjalija (aka Damir Damir) was born on November 6th, 1977 in the former Yugoslavia.
He is a sailor by profession, a poet by vocation and a dharma bum by choice.
His poems have been published in many significant contemporary haiku anthologies, both in the ex-Yugoslavia region and internationally.
He has also won several international haiku awards.
