An empty bowl –

forgotten under the snow

two shrunken snowdrops

 

空のボール－

雪の下で忘れられた

２本のスノードロップ

 

Magnolia in bud

on the other side of the window –

I give up reading

 

蕾をつけたマグノリア

窓の反対側に－

私は読書をあきらめる

 

Leaving behind

a sad lotus in bloom –

an alone rower

 

花の咲いた悲しいハスを置き去りに－

たった一人の漕ぎ手

 

Moonlight Sonata –

even the crickets chorus

stopped singing

 

月光のソナタ－

コオロギのコーラスさえ

鳴くのをやめた

 

Between two melons

too much muffled up –

the scarecrow

 

包まれすぎたメロンの間－

かかし

 

In the ramshackle garret

searching for my past –

bee in insectarium

 

崩れそうな屋根裏で

私の過去を捜している－

昆虫館のハチ

 

Desert station –

the wind stops for a moment

to take a thistle

 

無人駅－

風が一瞬止まる

アザミを取るために

 

Ruined gateway –

only the terrible wind

still opens it

 

壊滅したゲートウエー－

ひどい風だけがまだそれを開ける

 

Firewood cracking –

over the fireplace

summer in a picture

 

まきが割れる－

暖炉の上

写真の夏

                                              

Rainbow in the same sky –

So many different colors

But the same heartbeat

 

同じ空の虹－

たくさんの異なる色

しかし同じ心拍

Florentina Loredana DALIAN

Born in Bucharest, 29 March 1968.

Chemical engineer, director at a factory in Slobozia, Romania, where she also lives.

Author of prose, poetry and dramaturgy.

Member of some literary associations, including  the Haiku Romanian Society Bucharest.

She publishes in literary magazines and antologies.

She won some prizes for prose, poetry, dramaturgy an haiku, most of them in Romania,

but also abroad: Japan, Spain, Lebanon, Croatia, Macedonia.

In 2013 and 2014, she won honorable mentions at the Haiku Contest Japan-EU,

organized by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union.
