For New Year 2013 (2) : CALENDAR Renga and PHOTO Haiku

 

Firstly, let me post CALENDAR RENGA 2013Ioana Dinescu in Romania presented to us on November 21, 2012.

  

 

Here are three photos of April, May, and June as well as their renga (連歌) with Hiruta’s Japanese translation.

APRIL – Lights

 

scent of clay –

with spades on their back

two old women

before the crack of dawn

some flickering lights

老女が二人

夜明け前に

いくつかの明滅する明かり

MAY – May Wormwood

 

wormwood leaves –

the twins are splitting

a daisy

through the matted grass

the buzzing of May beetles

マットを敷いた草を通って

the lime trees fragrance
