alone on the bench

butterfly couple at play

and their shadows…

 

ベンチに独り

蝶の一対が遊んでいる

そしてその影．．．

 

 

 

country evening –

smoke crosses the river

far from the bridge

 

田舎の夕べ　―

煙が川を渡る

橋から遠い所

 

 

ripe pomegranate…

I take the setting sun

for a walk

 

熟れた石榴．．．

私は夕日を

散歩に連れて行く

 

 

by the pond

staring at water lilies,

she sprains her ankle

 

池のそばで

睡蓮を見つめ

彼女は足首をくじく

 

 

first walk –

paving the way for

New Year’s resolutions

 

歩き初めー

道をつける

新年の抱負のために

 

 

by the window…

a poplar’s shadow

crosses the street

 

窓のそばで．．．

通りを横切る

in the museum tonight –

moonlight

月光

 

 

night lightning

a negative image

of the landscape

 

夜の稲妻

tall reeds…

a frog jumps in

with its glance first

 

背の高いアシ．．．

蛙が飛び込む

最初ちらっと見て

 

 

spring rain

the window turns purple

from yard irises

 

春の雨

窓が紫色になる

庭のアイリスで
