Awake at night

Buds burst on branches
A snail clings to the warm earth
England’s early spring
枝に芽がはじける
カタツムリが暖かな地にしがみつく
イギリスの早春
Wishing for gardens
And harmony with nature
Welcoming spirit
庭への願い
そして自然との調和
歓迎の精神
Space for a garden
Natural world revered
Imagination
庭のためのスペース
尊敬される自然界
想像
Spiritual world
Follow nature’s winding path

Donna Wootton is a retired teacher turned author who has published novels, short stories, poetry/haiku and creative nonfiction.
Donna is an amateur dancer and qualified teacher of MMM (Margaret Morris Method).
She is a continuing student of tai chi, NIA and Essentrics.
She also stays active by walking, hiking and skiing.
