thin fingers-
crossing the moon
sweet musical notes
細い指-
月を渡っている
心地よい音符
friendly winter-
the last leaf
light between branches
優しい冬-
最後の一葉
枝の間の光
sparkling road-
looking at the moon
fireflies in a row
光を放つ道-
月を見ながら
横並びのホタル
night at the temple-
in the soft silence
new snowflakes
寺の夜-
静かな静寂の中に
新しい雪片
faint footprints
like a butterfly
my haiku
かすかな足跡
蝶のように
私の俳句
hidden hopes-
beyond winter
new spring
隠された希望-
冬を越えて
新しい春
mom’s embrace-
a slight breeze
the wind becomes sweet light
母の抱擁-
微風
風が甘い光になる
light drew-
in the silent stream
sick red leaves
光が描いた-
静かな流れに
赤い病葉
forgetting the sun-
moss grows
undisturbed
太陽を忘れて-
苔が育つ
乱されずに
honeymoon-

Short bio:
Doris Pascolo was born in Switzerland and has been living in Milan for over twenty years.
She devoted herself to writing short compositions in Japanese metric and verse-free poems.
Her great passion for Japanese poems has gotten stronger thanks to her interest in the oriental culture, especially the Japanese one.
She has worked with many artists and she is featured in various blogs and national/international anthologies.
