sacred pond

in a halo of the moon

two mating frogs

 

聖なる池

月の光輪の中

二匹の交尾カエル

 

pond opera

in the moon’s spotlight

a frog leads chorus

 

池のオペラ

月のスポットライトの中で

一匹のカエルが合唱を導く

 

winter after war

burnt out houses fall

snow on snow

 

戦後の冬

燃え尽きた家屋が落ちる

雪の上に雪

 

city riot escape 

through a broken glass

a mannequin’s leg

 

市の暴動からの脱出

割れたガラスを通して

マネキンの脚

 

new moon

an incense vendor 

burns last in honor 

 

新月

香の販売機が名誉をもって最後に燃える

 

starless night

with my shamesin

i light my corner

 

星のない夜

私のシャメシンと一緒に

私は私のコーナーを照らします

 

night rain 

shifting to where

the roof leaks

 

夜の雨

屋根が漏れる所にシフトしている

 

golden handshake

in between two poles

twilight splash…

 

黄金の握手

二極の間

たそがれのスプラッシュ…

 

moon circle 

palms into palms 

an armless child retreats

 

ムーンサークル

手のひらに手のひら

腕のない子供が後退する

 

moonless night  

reading a lover’s letter 

by firefly-lit lantern

 

月のない夜

恋人の手紙を読んでいる

ほたるのランタンで
