Bio:
Kathleen Earsman lives in Maleny, which is a small country town in Queensland, Australia, and has been writing haiku, senryu and renku on the internet for several years.
Two of her three sons live in this town too, with their families, the other son lives in Spain, with his children.
Her husband died 15 years ago.
They used to write poetry together.
What a delightful selection of fine haiku! If forced to choose a favourite among them, I think it would be the first. It is most striking!
Well penned. Thanks for haiku.
