Shadows of fish roam

Under clouds in the pond

Circles on water

 

魚の影がうろつく

池の雲の下

水の上の円

 

Cold yes cold

And wild rose in bloom

In middle of summer

 

寒いはい寒い

そして咲いている野バラ

夏の真っ最中に

 

These waves

Where did the wind drive from

Who will answer me

 

これらの波

風はどこから吹いて来たのですか

誰が私に答えるだろうか

 

Pine trees on rocks

And a blueberry night –

Around lake

 

岩の上の松の木

そしてブルーベリーの夜－

湖の周辺

 

Pines and sand

Same color

Water and sky

 

松と砂

同じ色

水と空

Crickets along the curb

Scarlet sunset on wings –

翼に緋色の夕日を－

Bio:

Katorgina Veronika always enjoyed reading Japanese poetry in Russian translation.

With great enthusiasm, she took part in organizing, preparing and conducting Russian-Japanese poetry contests dedicated to the 20th anniversary of friendship between Kyoto Prefecture and the Leningrad Region (2015), the cross-year of Russia and Japan in 2018.

To write haiku is a pleasant hobby for her.
