The rain is pouring and pouring

The moon is caught

By a purple cloud

 

雨が降り続いている

月がとらえられる

紫の雲で

I lug the net

The stars and horned moon

Stuck in it 

 

網をぐいと引く

星と角のある月

立ち往生

Touched by the wing

A shadow of a cloud on a river 

Nimble swallow

 

翼に触れた

川の上の雲の影

軽快なツバメ

Everything is damp

The autumn sky is pouring over rim

Overflowing

 

すべてが湿っている

秋の空が縁の上に降り注いでいる

あふれている

Last flowers

Your indescribable aroma

For whom do you smell?

 

最後の花

あなたのなんとも言えない香り

誰のために匂うの?

The moon is as cold as night

She looks on the road

With the widow’s sorrow

 

月は夜と同じくらい寒い

彼女は道路を見ている

未亡人の悲しみとともに

The sun is setting

Sugar peaks shine without melting

 

太陽が沈んで行く

砂糖のピークは溶けずに輝く

The angry bug

Lived his short century

In the rose petals

 

怒っている虫

短い世紀を生きた

バラの花びらの中で

The garden is overblown

Left his white sorrow

On my lines

 

庭は吹き荒れている

彼の白い悲しみを残した

私のラインに

The brightest night

I dare not disturb peace –

Stars in the river
