Born 17.04.1957. in Vrhnika, Slovenia
Residence in Zagreb, Croatia
Slobodan Pupovac studied at the University in Zagreb, graduated Law.
He works as General Secretary of the Zagreb Karate Association.
Haiku poetry he writes since June, 2016.
Until now, his haiku poems has been published in the Croatian haiku magazines IRIS, The Ludbreg collection, The Green Path collection, The Rovinj collection.
His haiku poems have been published in the International haiku magazines: The Asahi Shimbun, 9th Yamadera Bashō Memorial Museum Collection, Cattails, Chrysanthemum, Modern Haiku, The Heron’s Nest, Acorn, Frogpond, Bonsai Journal, The Mamba, World Haiku Review, The Haiku Foundation.
