MIRELA BRĂILEAN lives in Iasi, Romania. She is an expert in the preservation of cultural heritage. She discovered poems of Japanese inspiration a few years ago. Her Japanese short-form poetry is published in numerous haiku journals, several online magazines, and books. She was selected to the European Top 100 most creative haiku authors in and 2020. She has been nominated for Touchstone Award 2021.
I especially liked “winter sea” and “short truce.”
