Bio:

Dubravka Šćukanec (1961.) born in Zagreb, Croatia, graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb.

She has been writting Haiku and tanka for a short time, with her very first works being published in Asahi Haikuist Network and Haiku Windows (The Haiku Foundation).

Haiku she writes are in Croatian, English, Kajkavian and Chakavian dialect. Some of her works have been commended in international haiku contest, and awarden in national contests.
