Goldfish

in the middle of the ocean 

one more wish gets lost

 

金魚

海の真ん中に

もう一つの願いが失われる

 

In the deep of soul

the man is hiding

the greatest love or the greatest hate

 

魂の奥深くで

男は隠している

最大の愛または最大の憎しみを

 

The last leaf

on birch branch

is dancing with the wind

 

カバの木の枝の最後の一葉

風で踊っている

 

Black cat 

crosses the road

an accident is coming

 

黒猫

道を渡る

事故が起こりそう 

 

Rose petals

even are dying

they still smells

 

バラの花びら

死にかけている

まだ香りがする

 

The seed

put in the ground

without water doesn’t live

 

種

地の中に

水なしでは生きられない

 

The oldness comes

when the youth gone

on the wrong way

 

老いがやって来る

若さがなくなったとき

間違った方法で

 

Sometimes bad weather

brings a smile

to your face

 

時々悪天候

笑顔をもたらします

あなたの顔に 

 

Neither stone, neither rose

are not the same

in the eyes of two observers

 

石でもない、バラでもない

同じではない

二人の観察者の目には

 

The nature teaches us

how to become

better humans

 

自然が教えてくれる

より良い人間になる方法を

My name is Jasminka Mesaric.

I was born in 1979 in Zagreb,Croatia.

I write poetry, Haiku and short stories.

I participate in many poetic events.

In my country I have received several awards for my poetry, including haiku.

In 2013, I published my first poetry book.
