World Haiku Series 2019 (114)

Haiku by Marieta Maglas 

 

Summer flies dance,

water lily attracts,

innocence- losing.

 

夏のハエが踊る、

睡蓮は魅力がある、

無邪気さを失っている。

# 

 

The weather is blue

and we dance some old, jazz blues

in the happy rain. 

 

天気は憂鬱

私たちは古いジャズブルースを踊る

幸せな雨の中。

#

 

The white snowdrops spring

in the fervent lights of March, 

which melt icy things.

 

白いスノードロップの春

3月の強烈な光の中で、

氷のようなものを溶かす。

#

 

The cosmic mirage

when the stars move around

but they seem to stay. 

 

宇宙の蜃気楼

星が動くとき

しかし、彼らは留まっているようです。

#

 

The cats’ dream comes true.

They sleep in the summer’s heat. 

Chase some moon rabbits.

 

猫の夢がかなう。

夏の暑さの中で眠る。

月のうさぎを追いかける。

#

 

Bleeding liberty, 

flags, dying leaves in autumn,

and the clouds’ battle.

 

血まみれの自由、

フラグ、秋の枯れ葉、

そして雲の戦い。

#

 

Cold rain drops fall down.

Red and yellow paint the leaves.

Wet winds whip some wounds.

 

冷たい雨の滴が落ちる。

赤と黄色が葉に色を塗る。

湿った風が傷を激しく打つ。

#

 

In the skies’ shadow~

the scent of Tussie-Mussies

and the bomb’s opus.

 

空の陰で〜

タッジーマッジーの香り

そして爆弾のオーパス。

#

 

A fly flies freely.

The bloodedness of its eyes

stalks the Cobra plants. 

 

ハエは自由に飛ぶ。

その血まみれの目

コブラプラントに忍び寄る。

#

 

Like a babbling brook,

in the mountain pyramid

hell boils hot lava.

 

せせらぎの小川のように

山のピラミッドで

地獄は熱い溶岩を沸騰させる。
