winter evening

sunset

in a glass of cognac

 

冬の夜

コニャックのグラスの中の日没

 

behind the pine trees

either hiding or peeping

the moon changing face

 

松の木の後ろ

隠れているか覗いているかどちらか

顔を変える月

 

rainy cloud

casts a long shadow

on my face

 

雨雲

長い影を落とす

私の顔に

 

getting to know

the neighborhood

a grey cat

 

知り合うようになる

ご近所さんと

灰色の猫

 

the voice of

my grandfather

apple pips

 

おじいさんの声

longest day 

fitting 15 years

in a suitcase

filling in the silence

white clouds

 

沈黙を埋めている

白い雲

 

walking in the park

with the rain

staring

at the same blue sky

a new day

 

凝視

同じ青い空を

lost cardigan

Bio:

Nadejda Kostadinova writes poetry and haiku both in English and Bulgarian.

She loves the peace and quiet while observing the peculiarities of nature and people and that is what fascinates her in the haiku poetry.
