dilapidated house
an old helpless woman
with her sorrow

Ljubinka Tošić was born in 1956 in the village of Rujevac near Uzice, Serbia.
She writes poetry and prose and has published several collections of poems, including haiku and poetry for children.
Her poems are included in several collections and anthologies of haiku and contemporary poetry. For a while, she edited the haiku poetry magazine "Violet".
Her poems have been translated into Russian, English, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, Japanese, German and French.
So far she has received a number of literary awards and recognitions worldwide, as well as in her home country.
