Carmela Marino was born 9 january 1980 Sacco Salerno, and lives in Rome since 2005. She is married and a full-time mother. She likes to write, over all poetry thanks to her children. She started writing in the hospital during frequent hospitalizations of his second-child Daniele with Down's syndrome. Her haiku were published in journals and blogs on worldwide.
