A razor blade

at the lips like a musical album

the sound of harmony

 

かみそりの刃

ミュージカルアルバムのように唇で

調和の音

 

On the table and underneath

creator writes their destiny

to the pot and the vase

 

テーブルの上と下

クリエイターが彼らの運命を書く

鍋と花瓶に

 

Growing through the snow

of my memory

crocus poems

 

雪の中を成長する

私の記憶の

クロッカスの詩

 

Road to yourself

the way to perfection is so long

in loneliness

 

自己実現への道

完成までの道のりはとても長い

孤独の中で

 

Cross, another cross

embroidery of the destiny

for everyone

A yellowish envelope

the autumn rust

rots the ties

Bio:

From the creative biography of V.V. Dankova

Valentina Vasilievna Dankova, a member of the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation, a member of the Union of Writers of the Russian Federation, was born and lived until 2017 in the city of Taganrog.

She currently lives in the Krasnodar Territory.

Valentina writes poetry and prose, is a diploma winner of regional and international literary competitions, and her works have been published in collective collections of the Rostov, Leningrad, Moscow writers’ organizations.

The collection of her stories “By the Smell of Wormwood” in 2010 was nominated for the international prize “Chekhov’s Gift”.

Valentina’s creativity is diverse in genres, and she considers the three verses of oriental poetry very close to her mind and heart, perfectly embodying the harmony of form and content, thought and feeling.
