Brief bio:
Dan Iulian is the pseudonym of Iulian Ciupitu, born in 1955, Romania, Obirsia Olt.
Lives in Bucharest, Romania and works as senior researcher in materials science and engineering. Patents, scientific papers and articles in the mentioned field.
Between 1989-2010, several prizes and commendations for poetry in different national contests.
Since 2011, the meeting with the world of haiku, following the prizes, honourable mentions and commendations for haiku in English, French, Italian and Romanian languages.
Member of the Romanian Kukai Group, starting with 2011.
In a few years selected to the European Top 100 most creative haiku authors.
Published in magazines and anthologies in his country and abroad.
I enjoyed reading Dan’s haiku. He has magical words to paint the art of juxtaposition.

De abia am aflat de la Eugen ca scri Haiku. Le-am citit si mi-au placut mult, ca tot ce am mai citit din scrierile tale de altfel. Am partajat acest link cu fata noastra mai mare, Cristina, care scrie si ea poezie si mai ales Haiku.
